Shipping Policy
Orders for products that are in stock and are received before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same business day.
Standard shipping times are typically 3-5 business days for most metro areas. Greater suburbs or rural areas should expect slightly longer delivery times. We offer complimentary standard shipping for all full-priced orders over $300 within Australia.

Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully as we offer exchanges only. Products must be unused, unwashed, unmarked and returned lodged within 14 days of being received.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please include your order number and the items you are wanting to exchange. Products must be returned with all original packaging.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached us for the exchange to be processed. This timeframe may be vary slightly during holiday and promotional periods.
