All pre-orders will secure stock prior to its arrival. Payment is required as per normal terms. We will not always be able to provide exact arrival dates, normally a general indication. Stock will be despatched as soon as it has been received and you will be notified by email when this takes place.

Standard shipping times are approximately 3-5 business days for most metro areas. Greater suburbs or rural areas should expect slightly longer delivery times. Our website will not allow orders to be placed for items not in stock. However, please email us at hello@huntermaison.com.au and will be able to advise when our next shipment is due and if pre-ordering is available on your specific product.

This type of customisation would be available on request for most of our products, however there will be a longer lead time on this type of order and there may be a customisation service fee that would be required. Your linen is 100% pure French flax linen which is a natural fibre so please take care when laundering your products - this will ensure their longevity. - Wash before use - Washing separately or with like material and colours - Use mild detergents and avoid bleaching or whitening products particularly on coloured linens. - Cold or warm machine wash 40C/104F max (delicate cycle if available) - Line or cool tumble dry. - To avoid too much wrinkling, hang immediately after washing. Avoid leaving wet in machine or washing basket for too long. - Keep coloured products out of direct sunlight to avoid fading. This is more specific to our darker colour ranges. - Rotate your bed sheets regularly to avoid constant wear at one end. - Your linen should be washed weekly, the fibres will soften with the more use they get. - We recommend having two sets - one set on the bed whilst washing the other this will help to aviod over wearing the fibres.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we except exchanges or credits for products that are have not be marked, used or washed. Please note our change of mind policy is 14 days so please ensure you reach out to us at hello@huntermaison.com.au within this period if changes need to be made. The satchels that our items are posted in can be reused for returns if required, so please keep this in mind when opening your product. We will email you a return label to attached for postage. Products must be returned in all original packaging.

All of our bedding is made to standard Australia mattress sizes so please keep this in mind if you are ordering from overseas or have a bed that has been purchased outside of Australia. For fitted , flat sheets and valances we advise you to always purchase at the same size as your mattress size. For your duvet cover we would normally suggest to go up one size. I.e if you have a queen size bed, purchase a king size doona cover. This will give a nice drop on either side and ensures the mattress is full covered. Our cot sheets and robes are one size. Our pjyama sets come in two sizes. Small/Medium and Medium/Large. Please note the style of these are a relaxed fit. The shorts are finished with a soft elastic waist band.
